Data Collection

No personal data is collected or stored. The only information processed is the prompt you input to generate a color palette. This prompt is sent to the AI model for processing, and no personal information is linked to it.

IP Addresses

IP addresses are used for rate limiting and for verifying successful CAPTCHA completion. IP addresses of users who successfully complete the CAPTCHA are cached temporarily to ensure fair use of the service, but they are not stored permanently.

Third-Party Services

Cloudflare Turnstile is used for CAPTCHA verification and OpenAI’s API is used to generate color palettes. Please refer to Cloudflare’s and OpenAI’s privacy policies for details on how they handle data.

Security

Since personal information is not stored or collected, there are minimal security risks related to your data. The prompts and IP addresses used for CAPTCHA verification and rate limiting are not stored or linked to users beyond their necessary use.
